Spring Rolls with Peanut Flavored Vegetables and Soy Sauce

8 sheets of rice dough
350 g carrots, peeled and cut into strips
350 g kohlrabi, peeled and cut into strips
100 g pointed cabbage, cut into wafer-thin strips
3 scallions, cut into thin rings
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt, pepper
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
10 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce

Briefly dip sheets of rice dough into cold water.
Heat oil in a pan and fry carrots, kohlrabi, pointed cabbage, shallots and garlic. Add to it salt, pepper, peanut butter, cilantro and 3 tablespoons soy sauce and allow to cool.
Spread filling onto each sheet of dough and roll tightly. Serve with soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
