Sweet Potato Fries with Guacamole

Serves 445 minutes
1 kg sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
Salt, pepper
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 garlic cloves, sliced
3 soft avocados, peeled and pit removed
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into sticks. Toss with salt, pepper, olive oil, paprika powder und curry powder. Spread onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Put avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a tall container and purée with a hand blender.
Serve fries with the guacomole
