Vegan Orange-Chocolate Truffel

Ingredients for 30 TruffelsPreparation time 1 hour (plus refrigeration time)
200 g vegan bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 orange, zest finely grated, juice squeezed
2 tablespoons maple syrup
100 g ground almonds
50 g margarine
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (or almond liqueur)
30 g powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1. Heat chocolate, orange zest, juice, maple syrup and margarine in a pot until melted, while stirring with a wooden spoon. Remove from stove and stir in ground almonds and liqueur. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Mix powdered sugar und cocoa powder. Roll 3 cm balls out of the chilled chocolate mixture and dredge in the coco-powdered sugar.
